Help me fix my 3D printer.

I have a neptune 4 pro. The thumb press filament release toggle has gone loose and wiggly. I need someone who can walk me through taking my machine apart and investigating for what needs repaired. The internet just takes me on all different directions and I've not been able to repair it yet. I would love to be able to print gifts again and even offer that service on Barterloo.
